YOUR RESERVATION:
These extended stay units are operated much like a ‘vacation rental.’ Once your reservation request is confirmed, a confirmation note will be emailed to you. It will outline details about your stay, such as: room number, room location, room access (keyless), and check-in and check-out time.
1. Check-in: Your room will be available by 3:00 pm – unless otherwise notified or requested.
2. Check-out: Vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. Late check out may be accommodated on request.
3. Smokers may smoke outside and ask for a “butt can” to be provided.
4. Pet rooms are strictly indicated so that other rooms remain free from pet allergens.
5. Fees may apply to any excess damage caused by smoking, pets, or people.
RESERVATIONS:
If the dates that you request are not available, give us a call. We might be able to juggle. Once your dates of arrival and departure are confirmed, an invoice, with secure online payment option, will be emailed to you. A credit card hold will be requested only if it is necessary to hold your reservation and guarantee your space. If you request a mailed invoice, payment must be received by us by due date.
The invoice will note due date and amount due. Unpaid invoices will be considered a cancelled reservation. You may still inquire about availability. Accepted credit card options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments from bank savings and bank checking accounts are also accepted. You may call in your payment information and charges will be processed at that time.
CANCELLATIONS/REVISIONS:
You may cancel or revise your reservation up to 48 hours before Check-in date. Revisions are subject to availability.
REFUNDS:
For a full refund, cancel prior to 48 hours of Check-in date.
No refunds if canceled with in 48 hours of your Check-in date.
TRANSPORTATION FOR HEALTH MINE GUESTS:
If you are visiting the Free Enterprise Radon Health Mine ( http://www.radonmine.com ), and will rely on local transportation, please make prior arrangements for service to/from bus depot (Boulder, Butte, Helena MT), airport (Butte, Helena MT) or Amtrak (Shelby MT); or shuttle to/from Health Mine and Motel. The shuttle service is limited to the town of Boulder and the Free Enterprise Radon Health Mine. (Other destinations may provide their own shuttle/transportation services). There is no public taxi service otherwise. Cars may be rented near airport cities.
Boulder, population 1100, has a number of diners, grocer and taverns. Also within town is additional lodging, museum, gift shop, post office, medical clinic, library, county nurse, auto repair, hair salons, fitness center, hardware store, bowling alley, weekly newspaper ( https://www.boulder-monitor.com/ ), and gas station, elementary and high school, city parks and City Hall. The Boulder Hot Springs is 3 miles south on HWY-69. Boulder is the county seat of Jefferson County. The historic court house is located near the center of town and open to the public.
